New Opportunity to Lead a Major Food Insecurity Initiative in Hampshire

Simplyhealth is seeking a Social Impact & Community Enterprise Manager (Food Insecurity) to help design a community-focused initiative to address food insecurity in Hampshire.
Drawing inspiration from leading models such as The Felix Project and Cook for Good, the successful candidate will spend the initial 6-month contract creating a business case for the initiative, including developing a vision and operating model aligned with community needs, based on local needs analysis and stakeholder mapping.
The business case will be presented to the Board and, if approved, the role will be extended to lead the implementation and growth of a new Community Interest Company (CIC), working closely with local communities, partners and funders to deliver a sustainable and high-impact solution.
Simplyhealth is looking for someone with significant experience in social impact, non-profit leadership or social enterprise, with a successful track record of launching or scaling programmes, ventures or community initiatives.
Location: Andover
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 plus benefits
