Unity partner with the RSPCA (England & Wales) to support loving pet owners to retain ownership of their pets during times of financial hardship. Working with The RSPCA, we can offer pet food to struggling pet owners. With this partnership we are now also part of The Early Help & Support scheme! This means we can refer pet owners into this scheme to help with a variety of treatments including preventative care such as flea and worm control and neutering and vaccines which can reduce future larger veterinary costs by maintaining good pet heath. They can also be used in cases of sudden illness or injury when a pet owner is faced with unexpected costs.
